Chris Khoury

Chris Khoury has been a community leader in the Kalamazoo community for over 27 years developing and operating 3 successful restaurants and a storage facility. Also a realtor, Chris specializes in a wide array of real estate including commercial, residential, and industrial. Having secured a government contract at Fort Custer National Guard Base in Battle Creek, Chris is very familiar with intra-governmental workings with planning and developing commercial and industrial properties. Chris has a degree in business management with a minor in marketing from Western Michigan University and is in good standing with the Greater Kalamazoo Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Dan Carter is an Army veteran who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003-2004.  Following his Army service, Dan did residential construction in Illinois for several years before moving to Michigan in 2014. Ivy Coy is what some would call a “jack of all trades”, she is always eager to learn and gain experience. Ivy attended Chic University out of High School where she acquired a cosmetology license in Michigan. In 2007, Ivy discovered her passion for cooking and worked in the food industry as a cook for 7 years. With an entrepreneur mind-set, Ivy decided to attend college where she graduated with a Bachelors in Finance with honors from Davenport University, and a Associates in General Studies, focus in Business, from Kalamazoo Valley Community College. While attending college, Ivy worked in the residential construction field for 3 years. From repossessions and rentals, to brand new homes, Ivy has had her hands in vast types of properties, and did everything from roofing to plumbing.
